Franz Windhager* 1879 , Wien - † 1959 , Wien
Franz Windhager studied at the Vienna Academy with Christian Griepenkerl and Franz Rumpler and in between 1900 at the Academy in Karlsruhe with Ludwig Schmid-Reutte. Study trips took him through Germany and Italy. He became a member of the Vienna Künstlerhaus in 1909.
