about the artist
Jeanne Szilit, München
Jeanne Szilit was born in Munich and began to study painting in Stockholm in 1979 on the Konstverksamheten academy. She also did theater and philosophy studies and worked as a scholarship holder of the script workshop on the University for Television and Film in Munich. Since 2003 she is living and working in Vienna. Her art repertoire begins with paintings and photography and takes on with scripts and films, which are very important parts of the brandwidth of modern art.
